Our order desk is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. If no one is in the office to take your call, please leave a detailed message on our voice mail system and your call will be returned. Orders may also be faxed or E-mailed at any time. Prices

All goods will be shipped at prices that are in effect at the time of shipping. All orders are in U. S. Funds.

Back orders

Items out-of-stock will be back-ordered and shipped within 60 days after the order is placed. After wards, the order will be automatically canceled. A "No Back order" policy is available by customer request.

Sales Tax

Residents of the state of Georgia are subject to The State of Georgia Department of Revenue state and county and/or city state taxes.

DMS Management Services, Inc. dba DSGearUSA, DMS GEAR Sales Tax Certificate of Registration and/or Re seller's Statement is available upon request from Whole seller Companies.

Canvas Goods

All canvas bags, backpacks and rucksacks and accessory items are made of 22 oz. heavyweight cotton material. Unless otherwise specified.

Surplus Goods

All items in used, repaired condition unless noted otherwise. Sizes may vary. All surplus items subject to availability.

Claims & Returns

•No returns will be accepted without our authorization. •All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items that are not our error in shipping. •Defective merchandise must be returned, freight pre-paid, within 10 days of receipt of goods. If the returned merchandise is soiled, worn, or bears markings, stickers, or tags not originally on the product, it will not be accepted. Any refund will be issued back to the customer after the item has been received and in good condition minus any restocking fees if any are due.

Freight Claims

In the event that merchandise is lost or damaged in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for damage, pilferage or loss that occurs in transit. Please call and we will assist with freight claims and provide any needed documentation.
